Mining Lamps

The mine safety lamp became most popular around 1935, particularly in the bituminous coal mines. Equipped with a magnetic lock and a vertifal fint stone ingitor, some of these lamps are reproductions of originals while others are originals.

Circa 1946 the most famous German mine safety lamp was introduced by W. Seippel, with Klinger gasket and vertical flintstone ingition. These exclusive lamps are fully functional, hand polished and come with brass tag numbers.

We stock a wide selection of Mine Safety Lamps, Carbide and Frog Lamps from around the world.
